We want you to love your Salty & Sane order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at hello@saltyandsane.co.uk.
Exchanges If you need a different size, get in touch and we'll do our best to help. As our garments are produced in limited runs, exchanges are subject to availability.
Pre-orders All pre-orders are final sale. Because our garments are produced in limited runs to order, we're unable to accept cancellations once the pre-order window has closed on 16th April 2026. If there is a fault with your item, we will of course put it right.
Faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Swim hats The free silicone swim hat included with every order is non-returnable unless faulty.
Refund processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
